This year as already communicated, there aren’t any free badges for internal participants, so everyone needs to register following these considerations:

• When registering, please choose «Corporate» participant. Some small companies have employees who are healthcare professionals (HCPs), so
  even if you’re from a corporate background, you might be asked if you prescribe or see patients.
• There are no planned activities for Thursday, September 5th as of today. Activities are planned to start on Friday at 9:00 and end on Monday at 17:00.
• You need to book your hotel either individually or by coordinating with others from our team. You can use Concur, MCI/ESCRS page, AMEX, etc.
• The link provided is also for our distributors.
• Please ensure that your badge displays the correct Johnson & Johnson brand name. We want to avoid using multiple names as in the past as we now operate under new brand guidelines as one team.
• Therefore, the company name to be consistently used for our badge’s identification should be “Johnson & Johnson”. Please avoid using: J&J, Vision, AMO, your local affiliate name, etc. on this section. For billing and tax purposes there’s a different section coming after. There you should
  use your local official legal/tax entity name.
• At the end of the process, you’ll be asked if you need an invitation letter for Visa purposes.
